What will I be doing?
Toby's Receptionists are empowered to be the voice and face of Toby's Place for many first-time callers and visitors. We uphold this position with great respect as we are leaning on these volunteers to engage with all callers, answer their questions, and connect callers to the correct staff member. Volunteers will also be assisting with keeping our front lobby area clean & assisting with check-in. If you enjoy customer service and working in a friendly office environment, then volunteering in a clerical capacity may be a good fit for you. We will provide all training and resources needed for this position. Volunteer shifts will be Tuesdays & Thursdays 9am - 1pm & 1pm - 5 pm.

Opportunity Schedule:
Shifts are available every Tuesday and Thursday with two shifts from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Volunteer Requirements:
- Must be 18 or older.
- Maximum of 1 volunteer per shift.
- Masks are required for this opportunity and will be provided on-site.
- Closed-toe shoes required.
- A background check is required for all volunteer opportunities to serve at Toby's Place.
