What will I be doing?
Our volunteer Hard Goods Stocking Associate plays an important role at our Thrift Store. The primary responsibility of the Hard Goods Stocking Associate is to assess and restock processed hard goods into the appropriate sections on the sales floor. Thrift Store staff members will orient you on each of the categories and sections of items within the store, and give you a cart of items to put onto the sales floor.
Opportunity Schedule:
Shifts are available Monday through Saturday. Shifts are broken up into 2 hours each with a shift from 10 AM-12 PM, 12 PM-2 PM, and 2 PM-4 PM.
Volunteer Requirements:
- Must be 16 or older.
- Maximum of 2 volunteers per shift.
- Masks are required for this opportunity.
- Dress code: Volunteers should wear long pants, a loose-fitting top with sleeves, and closed-toed shoes.
Where do I go?
Our Thrift Store is at 10012 Two Notch Rd Columbia, SC (down the road from the Village at Sandhills Shopping Center). Feel free to park anywhere in front of our store. Once you walk in, talk with one of our Thrift Store associates at the register located at the front of the store and they will guide you to where your opportunity is located.
